1. OVERVIEW
1.1 Description
The GMS81C50 Series is an advanced CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with 16K/24K/32K bytes of ROM. The device is one of GMS800
family. The MagnaChip Semicon GMS81C50 Series is a powerful microcontroller which provides a highly flexible and cost effective so-
lution to many UR & Keyboard applications. The GMS81C50 Series provides the following standard features: 16K/24K/32K bytes of
ROM, 448 bytes of RAM, 8-bit timer/counter, on-chip oscillator and clock circuitry. In addition, the GMS81C50 Series supports power
saving modes to reduce power consumption.
