SDC6066
概述
SDC6066 是一款高精度单节锂离子/锂聚合物电池
保护 IC，具备高精度电压检测和延迟功能，以及完善的
保护功能，包括过充、过放、过流和短路保护等。该 IC
不仅针对手机锂电池，而且还可用于其它家电的锂离子
和锂聚合物电池。

高精度过充保护检测电压（±50mV）
低静态电流(典型：3.5uA)
低休眠电流(典型：1.5uA)
过充电压保护、过放电压保护
两级过流保护检测电压
延迟时间内置，不需外加电容
