Thesecircuits are highspeedJ–FET inputquadopera-
tional amplifiers incorporating well matched, high volt-
age J–FET and bipolar transistors in a monolithic inte-
grated circuit.
The devicesfeaturehigh slew rates, low input bias and
offset currents, and low offset voltage temperature
coefficient.
